Go Get 'em Barry: Obama wins Missouri

And so it looks as if Barry Obama has won the Democratic primary in Missouri. Wow, my last minute decision to vote for him over Hillary was important, well sort of. It's not like he won by one vote or something, but it was several thousand people like me who probably pushed him over the edge. I had been in the Edwards camp for most of the primary season, and I was actauly still thinking about casting a vote for him even though he had dropped out of the primary, but then at the 11th hour I decided to vote for Obama because ... well, I'm really not certain. I think Hillary has better plans, well at least a better health care plan if you choose to believe Paul Krugman of the NY Times and I do tend to believe him. But my vote went beyond issues and instead focused on vision, and I think Barack has a better vision for this country. I just hope he can win the general election. And so my primary season is over for the presidential election and I have to wait and see what the final outcome will be, but for now I'm in the Obama corner.
BTW, did you see they had this football game on Sunday called the Super Bowl? Wow, it was a pretty cool game under the big lights. I actaully was not too interested in this game, but I was sort of pulling for the Giants because for some reason I didn't want to see the Patriots go undefeated for the season, and well it turned out to be a heck of a game, and that is about all I can say. I can't wait for a time that I am really interested in watching a Super Bowl because my team, the Kansas City Chiefts, are in the game. I hope some day there is that day.
